Serving Suggestions:
Use 1-2 teaspoons per cup of boiling water and steep for 5 -10 minutes depending on taste. The tea is quite bitter; a bit of honey or flavorful, complementary herbs, such as peppermint or spearmint, can be added if desired.
Precaution: Yarrow is not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. If you are allergic to plants in the aster family (chrysanthemums, daisies, and ragweed), you may be allergic to yarrow.
Storage: All dried herbs should be stored in an airtight container out of direct sunlight.
