Scientific Name : Cinnamomum Cassia
Cassia cinnamon (Cinnamomum aromaticum) is made from the dried inner bark of an evergreen tree that grows in areas of southeastern Asia. The fragrant sweetness of cinnamon is used in sweet or savoury recipes and hot or cold beverages. In addition to being a delicious and soothing caffeine-free beverage, this tea may also boast several important benefits.
